Atanu Mukherjee
President

Atanu started his career with Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), Boston and was in various leadership capacities as Consultant, Engineering Manager and Technical Director. In his consulting capacity at DEC he worked extensively with the international steel and manufacturing industry.

Prior to joining DBTC, he was the Chief Architect at Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation, leading the innovation and technology office. Earlier, Atanu was at Microsoft in Redmond, WA as their Group Program Manager / Product Manager leading business and product strategies for the Windows platform. He was also the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Versada Networks, a wireless communications software product company based out of Seattle, WA.

Atanu holds a joint graduate degree in Engineering and Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s School of Engineering and The MIT Sloan School of Management. He was also a Research Fellow at MIT's Laboratory for Computer Science where his team's pioneering research laid the groundwork for powering core components of today's internet infrastructure. He has two                                                                       patents on file.

Atanu is a Visiting Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in the areas of business strategy, product marketing and operations management. He was an executive advisor to several Wall Street hedge funds and is on the boards of several technology firms. He was recently elected to the ‘World Who's Who 2012' in Science and Engineering.

Atanu is an avid golfer and can be frequently seen at the golf club's range at the crack of dawn. In his free time he enjoys photography, playing the piano and polishing his Waltz moves. He lives with his wife, daughter and son in the eastern suburbs of Calcutta.


Ashok B. Shah
Managing Partner, CEPS Consulting, LLC

As a managing partner of CEPS Consulting LLC, Ashok Shah draws on more than 25 years of international experience in telecommunications and IT services to develop and deliver advice in the areas of strategy, governance, pay structures and risk management to executives at small, medium and large businesses.

Recently retired from Alcatel-Lucent as President of the Professional Services Business Division, Ashok led Alcatel-Lucent’s Professional Services organization to deliver the project discipline and innovative thinking required to provide low-cost, high-value solutions to its service providers, enterprises and government clients worldwide.

Prior to joining Lucent, he had held a number of leadership positions with key industry players. He was Vice President of Hewlett Packard’s Global Professional Services Practices in Houston and Asia Pacific Manager of Compaq’s Systems Integration Division in Hong Kong and Singapore. Ashok has also held significant positions in both domestic and international operations of DEC.

Alongside his professional career, Ashok has served on the boards of a number of committees and non-profit organizations including the Indo American Chamber of Commerce in the greater Houston area as President, the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) as an Executive Council Member in India and as a board member for charity organizations like Pratham.

Ashok is currently member on the Board of Directors for Sapient Corporation, member of the Advisory Board for Benbria.com and member on the Advisory Board of Persistent Systems. He is also on the Board of Trustees at Rider University in New Jersey and a member of the Leadership Board of the Cullen College of Engineering at the University of Houston.

Ashok holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), Massachusetts and has attended the Executive Development Program at Penn State.
